FJ60 Speedo Problems

I searched and searched on this particular case and have not come across another like it, so here we go.

Here is what I am experiencing:
Speedometer has shows accurate current speed.
Trip odometer works normal.
Actual odometer is stuck inbetween 130799 and 130800.
The white tenth's turn as normal, in line with the trip odometer, but it is not turning the main odometer. WTF??

Maybe I will try to lube the cable this evening, but the speed itself reads fine.
I would guess the odometer istelf had malfunctioned.
What do you all think? Any ideas?

Problem is in the speedo head - take it to a good speedo shop (call 1st to be sure they'll work on it).

Could I fix it? Or is it best to have a professional do a job like this?
