I'm doing some work on my BJ60 and am thinking of selling my PTO setup and going electric. This is going to be available for the next week or so here in Phoenix, AZ. Call me on my cell (503) 807-six458 $1000 ONO

This is a complete PTO setup for the '60 series.

Thanks

The PTO shifts only "On" and "Off". I have everything to mount the PTO onto a '60. Driveshafts are sized for a 5 speed or 4 speed with the extention piece.

It is OEM, and I will have to ask Charles if it will work on the 40. But if I remember correctly the 4speed with the split case in the late model 40's is the same as the ones in the 60's, also the pto drive shaft will have to be lengthened/shortened. Anyone else have any input??

Double checked, it will fit a 40 with a split case for sure with the pto drive shaft shortened. It will be in Phoenix for the next 4 days and can be checked out most any time.

I'll be here till Saturday AM if that helps. This is for a split case transfer and will fit any split case transfer (you may need to put in a PTO drive gear if you don't already have one). If the '40 has the same frame rail spacing as the '60 you can use the bumper, if not you will need to use a different bumper or modify this one..

The spacing is different in the 40 serier. Probably something could be made with a couple of pieces of angle iron. That's mainly what the 40 series use stock. The pillow block setup would have to be looked at. Because of the different frame the shaft the goes thru the pillow block on the 55 series is too long for the 40 series. Not sure how the 60 series compares.

Just found a picture of a 60 series PTO winch. If yours is like the one I seen then the pillow block will be a problem in a 40 series. This one have a middle shaft with two pillow blocks. The 40 has a small shaft with a flange by the pillow block and splines on the other end. Not impossible but a little more work then just shortening the drive shaft.

What does the shifter look like? Probably easier for me to just find another PTO for a split case. The rest I already have. But you never know.

This wouldn't fit my FJ62 because there is a CAT in the way of the PTO.:frown: Plus the fact I picked up a ARB bullbar for it.:)

This PTO has one pillow block (there are one and two pillow block versions out there). After today it will no longer be located in Phoenix so shipping will need to be taken care of from where ever I happen to be.
