anyone know if there is such a thing as a heavy duty fj60 as opposed to a regular fj60 and if so is there a real difference or are all 60's hd?

I think an FJ60 is an FJ60. However, you might find this an interesting fact.
Some FJ60's VIN's start with FJ3 (or something like that) and other's with FJ4 (again, or close to that). If yours starts with the "3" I bet the VIN plate says 'station wagon'...mine...has the FJ4...it says, "truck".
IIRC, they were sent that way to get around some kind of tariffs or the like. the dealers, then put in the back seats and maybe some other stuff.

no doubt that is wierd! I ask because mine came with a repair manual that said heavy duty but cant find or know about any differences.
