UPDATE: This 83' has 122k original miles and has typical rust behind the rear wheels. the rain gutters, door jambs, door pillars, front fenders, tail gate, lift gate etc.. are all 100% rust free. It is very straight. The interior is nice, no cracks in the dash or damaged door panels, decent carpet and headliner. NEW alpine system if it matters, typical tear in the side bolster if drivers seat. It will be sold with stock front bumper but you can have the sweet lights LOL! The rack is off now and the 4:88's are swapped for stock diffs. It had a $6500 rebuild, pretty much everything under the hood in the last few years and the PO ran it low on oil.It comes with all paper work for the tons of new stuff under the hood. I pulled the pan and the rod bearings are gone, I could of slapped a new set in, as the crank surface was not destroyed, and got her going but I did not want to mis-represent the truck it is what it is. I have acess to a low mile clean 2f for $500. Anyway the good: lower rust, low orig. miles, complete minus a rear bumper, shackle rev. kit, 5.5" lift, OME shocks, nice 34" LTBs would make a good cheap trail truck with a newer lower end. How about $1500? I can deliver within a reasonable distance for diesel fuel. Thanks 303-570-4509

Sounds like a good deal.....for you, if what the above people say is true about Craigslist. That puts you scoring locked/geared axles for $200.

Wish I hadn't read that, I was starting to get interested.

Lack of motivation, will, and means on your part does not constitute any guilt om my part. Everyone had the same oppourtunity to buy this truck as I did. And, you can bet your A$$ I will buy the next cruiser for sale if it has some cool parts I want, so, you better buy it before me or the jelous haters will be on here crying again:meh: I wonder why most of the parts I sold on here have gone in a day or two...:hhmm: cause i sell them CHEAP, and get them to anyone that needs them no matter where they are.

Good for you. Nice score!

Congrats on the project. Nice to see someone take a chance and have it work out.
