So what I have is a NEW Marks 4wd Ford 302/351 conversion kit MFK555. This is the kit you need to drop a Ford 302 or 351 into your rig.
Comes with everything from Marks 4wd as seen here Ford V8 to LandCruiser petrol F series
And includes a set of Bronco engine mounts so you can weld these to your frame and drop the motor in.
I believe the mounts were adapted by Marks for the FJ60 frame so on a 40 I am not sure what you would need.
It is a brand new kit and aside from being opened has never been mounted.
I was planning on using this on my FJ60 but that is so far in the future at this point, I will just have to let it go.
I paid 530 for this plus shipping.

That is less than 1/2 for this kit (with out the mounts) from Marks, and that does not include the shipping from Australia.
