I have the owners contact info. Feel free to reach out if your interested. He won’t budge on price. I haven’t seen pics of the floor under the carpet. Which would be my main concern. He posted it on FB again for sale with several people calling him out for listing it for $10k more than he paid for it 5 months ago. He subsequently took down the ad again.
