I have a good condition LV hood. I would like a hood with windshield hooks for my FJ45 Lwb. Dont know if anyone out there wants the orignial style without the holes for the hood hooks for their restore project. Trades??? I just hate to put holes in a hood that would be good for a restoration.

Yes, please wait a few days. There are a lot of lv guys on board here but may not be on line now in the near future. Fj40 hoods are a dime a dozen and lv hoods are rare. Don't cut it yet.

OK I will hold off on putting holes in the hood. My project is down the road a piece anyway.
I think the only difference in the LV or SWB PU hoods is that there are no winshield bumpers or hood hoods and of course they would all be 2 piece split hoods.

there were some 40's(forget which, but 60's) that had no window hold down hardware
 
i'm sure it would also work for the fixed windshield pickups
like my SWB's :)
if you weren't soooo far away and freight being soooo high i would trade you

Still have this but have picked up a good hood for my Fj45 LWB project. Anyone interested?
I am in Atlanta, can get it to GSMTR in May.
