I'd make it 4mm narrower (1190-4mm=1186mm) to allow for thicker skin. I'm using diamond plate on the rebuilt version and its a good bit thicker. You might want to measure your pillars before having the 25mm (1in) tube bent. Photo as soon as its a sunny day.....
