I've got a set in storage. They were an extra set I bought for my 1980. Rear heater is in the rear bed, I would assume the lines are different for the rear heater that is in the console in 81-84? I'll pull them out this weekend & post up any pics you need to verify fitment.
Here is the set I have. What measurements do you want? Hard, for me at least, to see the orientation of these out of the truck. Left ends go to firewall, long straight portion in middle runs along the tranny hump, etc.
