It will work for the f engine as well as long as you have not added a brake booster to get in the way of the 4 bbl carb.

I made my statment based on the bolt pattern on the underside. The manifold was cast to be bolted up to a stock 2F exhaust IF someone wanted to that route. Offy also cast that manifold in a 1F pattern. Either will work with a header, but it is significant to note there are TWO manifolds they offered.
