FJ40 "isabel" for sale or trade for a 100 series

i have a ton of money tied up in this project and i know i'm gonna loose my butt on it but what can i do?! i need to get a more practical rig for my growing family first, then i'll have to build something with 4 seats and extra room.......

some info:
1970 fj40 smog excempt
d60 front, all 35 spline, locker, high steer, rebuilt,....
d60 rear axle, detroit locker, 456 gears in both axles
nice 350 TBI with onboard air, msd, ramshorns, .....
freshly rebuilt HD th700 with HD torque converter
atlas 4.3 t-case with 32 spline shafts
new HD front and rear drivelines
brand new FCFab family cage with seat frame, removable luggage rack,.....
full set of autometer gauges
2 tanks
air tank
power steering
spring over with 40 fronts, 55 rears
new wiring harness for the truck and the engine
steel horse seats
rear bench
......the list goes on. plus spare parts,.......

located in stockton CA. $15k the way it sits with all the parts i have for it. or we can talk about me finishing it for the buyer........

Good luck w/ your sale. Sure is a sweet rig. I've followed the thread but exactly what's left to be done at this point (I know they're never really done...but.. )??

Any pics of "how it sits" as well?? Pic in last of the thread representative???

pretty much as the thread shows. there is a new bumper and stinger combo on it, courtesy of FCFab, i got the rear 55 springs hung under it and removed the old rear axle spring perches, got new spring perches on there along with some HD u-bolts and plates, .......

what still needs to be installed:
drivelines
fuel system
brake lines ( partially )
wiring harness for engine and chassis
stereo
winch

i'm sure there's some more but those are the major items. all items above are included with the rig. it also comes with a set of brand new mrt beadlocks and 37" iroks.
