Ok…. Long story. This came from an abandoned project we bought. The gent had bought a wring harness upgrade to run LED ? lights in his FJ60…. He told me he paid hundreds of dollars for this fuse box/relay port. He then sold the 60 before installing it. He then bought an 40, he wrote to the company, a place called “wired wagon” and asked them to convert it from a 60 to a 40 wiring harnesses. They charged him another 95$ . He then never installed it in his 40… so it seems to be an upgraded circuit for more powerful headlights and????
