FJ40 for sale on McDowell Rd

Thought it was a 45, I have some more pictures but they are too big, I will try to resize them some other time, I have to go. You can see the back with the gas tank on the side there. It is on McDowell and the 51

I looked at this when it was $1500. It's a converted wagon...not a 45 truck. Kevin talked me out of it and I'm thankfully he did...

Yeah it's a converted wagon. Unless it's got a great drivetrain (I mean a NEW 2F, for instance) or you just GOTTA have this.... I'd stay away.

I was driving home and didn't notice it until I was passing it. I had to come back to work so I picked up my camera. I had hope that it would be a 45 but when I walked up to it the reality set in.

Oh, to add to the story, as I am driving the freeway back to look at the lc I pass an FJ45, it was my friend and his father in law. He didn't see me but it was a nice 45. He said his FIL found it in the desert a few years ago and filed with the forest service, and DMV and got a title for it. He fixed it up and now drives it.
