Left and right side battery mounts from an '81 BJ42

Lots of surface rust and a couple bad spots on the bottom (shown in pics). Happy to send full size photos via email. They should clean up alright with a sandblast and are definitely not rotten.

Looking to get $160 + Shipping

The last ones I shipped were around $80 to ship from Buffalo to Denver (they are heavy and bulky), I will get a shipping quote based on where your zip.

Will be cheapest if I ship from the US (I'm in Toronto) I am heading across the border next weekend (Feb 24th) to mail out items.

PM me if you are interested.

Cheers,
Adam

bump...offers?

Well its been a minute...

I am rebuilding a new FJ40 and went to the sandblaster to get these along with a whole bunch of other parts cleaned up (they have been in my shed for 5 years now)

No surprises here, what you see is what you get. These have been sandblasted so ALL rust removed and then epoxy primed. Nothing to hide here, there are definitely some holes on the bottom, but nothing that a little bit of weld couldnt fix. The tops of these are clean and in great shape. A grinder would remove some of the imperfections and I think they would clean up very nicely. I removed the battery trays from the mounts (trays still attached in the OG post), so the shipping will be smaller and lighter than if they were attached, but it still wont be cheap. I do have trays that are blasted with minor pitting that are epoxy primed as well, they are available for additional cost but probably cheaper to buy local than ship from Canada. These are original Toyota off an 81 BJ42

$250 plus actual shipping from Toronto Ontario if you want these. We have a postal strike at the moment, so I would wait until that is over to ship these - no money from you until I am ready to ship. If you want to ship on your own dime via FedEx, UPS, or Purolator I am happy to box up and drop off. Due to size and weight I don't imagine it will be cheap unless you get a good deal on shipping with any of these companies.

Cheers
Adam
