Axle seems to be in good shape, but should probably be gone through as with most cases of a rig sitting around. Obviously a small amount of leakage there, but nothing hitting the ground. Some surface rust but not horrible or all bound up. I am not sure what the going rate for these is, I know they used to be fairly expensive. Complete hub to hub (has fairey hubs). $600.

Warn hubs or long body Ascos perhaps?

Nice chassis whats the plan for that

As of now parting it out unless someone wants the entire rig as it sits. Soda blasted rot free tub, th350 with adapter to Toyota tcase, disc front, hard top (glass is out) windshield frame, blasted fenders, etc as well.

I am satisfied with your M.O. We've connected and I've found your descriptions/ disclosures to be fair. Even though I haven't bought anything from you yet, I get the feeling that when I do, I won't have to worry about it.

Bump for ya.

Good to know! Appreciates the input.
I am surprised I haven't got much interest in this thing tho... is it priced too high? I know they used to go for more but maybe guys are doing more axle swaps now?

It might be the price. I have sold several over the last year. (7 I think) I sold them for 350.00 to 500.00 depending on condition. I have always sold them quickly.

If I knew how I would get it, I would have already made you an offer.

Gotta be a bunch of people headed back from the con to so cal..

Just a thought..

If you are interested I'm sure we could work out something for shipping. Fastenal is fairly cheap and I shipped a hard top, doors, and rear hatch to a guy in Colorado for $400 through old dominion. Shouldn't be too bad. Otherwise I believe I know a guy coming up from socal in a couple weeks to get fenders. There is always someone going back and forth :)

I do have the set of axles still if you are in need of a rear. I might even have a front third member with a Detroit coming in if interested...
