A couple members asked me to do another run of these parts. I made a few extras so I thought I would list them here.

FJ40 US spec. turn signal grommets 1975-1984:
These are 3d printed parts made out of TPU, a UV resistant rubber like product. There appears to be small variances in the size of different offerings, I would need to know what year your vehicle is, how many pairs you want, and the following:

Are your lights:
  1. Toyota OEM lights with plastic pedestal bases?
  2. Poor quality Chinese made replica lights (sold by SOR with light colored plastic bases)?
  3. The metal base versions sold by Classic Cruisers and ???
I charge $22.50/pair which also covers shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. I ship outside of the country but would need to get you a separate shipping quote.

FJ55 US Spec. turn signal plastic pedestal base & grommet 1969 -1974 (reproduction parts)
These are also 3d printed parts. You can take OEM FJ40 turn signals and convert them to FJ55 turn signals with this part. Doing so requires you to disassemble your old lights and reuse the factory bolt.

Two options are available:
1.) You can buy just the fender grommets. These are designed to fit your factor OEM plastic pedestal bases. The cost is $22.50/pair with free shipping in the contiguous United states
2.) You can buy the finished part with a fender grommet (black grommet, grey pedestal base - picture shown). The cost is $90/pair with free shipping in the contiguous United States.

FJ55 US spec. turn signal plastic pedestal base & grommet 1975-1980 (black grommet, black pedestal base)
These are also 3d printed parts (TPU grommet, ABS pedestal base). You can take OEM FJ40 turn signals and convert them to FJ55 turn signals with this part. Doing so requires you to disassemble your old lights and reuse the factory bolt. The factory bolt has flairs on it that are designed to be pressed into the new part by taking a small socket and gently taping on it with a hammer to seat the bolt (best if done by laying the part flat on a bench with a hole in it to accept the bolt as it passes through the part). The alignment pins will need to be ABS glued in. I left this up to the buyer because it will make it easier seat the bolt. If you are converting FJ40 turn signals to FJ55 turn signals, some new FJ40 signals are being made with a flange welded on to the bolt. In this case you will need to use a multi-tool to remove the welded on flange or by other means cut away the FJ40 plastic base to free up the bolt. I would also recommend you paint the pedestal bases to match the OEM color and to provide additional UV protection.

Two options are available:
1.) You can buy just the fender grommet. These are designed to fit your factor OEM plastic pedestal bases. The cost is $22.50/pair with free shipping in the contiguous United States.
2.) You can buy the finished plastic pedestal base with the fender grommets for $80/pair. Free shipping in the contiguous United States.

If you are interested, I will need an email address and your mailing address after which I can send you a PayPal request.

HI . I'm interested. I have a bj42 that needs the seats and grommets

@thundermcawesum

Yes, they are available. Feel free to PM me and let me know what you are looking for. Have a great night.

I had a member that wanted me to run another batch of these. I made a few extra if anyone is interested. They are a pain to make so I don't foresee running another batch until next winter, if at all.

Interested parties.
Thanks

No, none of the plastic pedestal bases for the 40 series, just the grommets. Since you can till get those lights from the factory I don't think there is enough demand to make it worthwhile.

Yes, very interested in the grommets only for FJ40. Are these sets if still available at the above price.
Thanks

Yes, the 1975-1984 FJ40 grommets are still available. I will PM you to make we get you the right ones as there are a few different variations out there. Thanks Akloml.

I still have a few of these left if anyone is interested. Read the contents of the first post, I have a few of everything listed in that first post. Thanks!
