Looking for the internal hardware for my 79 FJ40 ambulance door, including top and bottom latches, and the connecting linkages going to the handle (see diagram). Rough is OK. Just want to get my project functional. Thanks

Vendor - Brand new reproduction FJ40 rear ambulance door latches

Excellent quality reproduction ambulance door upper and lower latches. Considered all the OEM specs (e.g., plastics casings inside the housing) in manufacturing. These are superior to the other limited reproduction options which are available in the market. $225 pair shipped. PM if interested.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. At this stage of my project, I'm hoping to find a cheap, used set of internals, including the latches and linkages, just to get my FJ40 road worthy.

I picked up your reproduction throttle linkage assembly a while ago and it worked out great!

I was able to source the needed ambulance door internals from a IH8MUD member here. The parts were a bit rusty, but very serviceable for my needs. Nice to have doors that latch!
