Now much dang shutter speed do you need for kids and sports? Double is a lot.

Here are a few to keep it going. I am still working on my photos

Did ya'll drive those rigs all the way out there for the scenary and some dirt roads or did you get the wheels off the ground?

Nice pics though.

Edit: Just caught Brocks gallery, looks like some nice stream beds and off-angle paths. Absolutely beautiful country. Looks worth the drive even if you don't go out there to wheel. My wife has driven out there 3 times now and I haven't been once.

we wheeled thank you very much but not mud like here...lots of loose rock on steep grades...lots of off camber....lots of trails with 18 inches between your tire and a thousand foot drop down side of mountain. No time for pictures when you are white knuckling it while your mirror drags the wall and there is not enough room to get out the passenger side without worrying about falling to your death.

if i remember right I did a two point stand a couple times....and there were spots that without a locker you would not make it.

there were even a couple rock ledge climbs and some very steep loose off camber downhills...once again no time for pics from inside rig and no room on trail to take them on outside.

so your slight slam did not work....LOL

Brock, you forgot to mention the 3 (sometimes 4) point hairpin turns with dropoff ledges on the switchbacks down Black Bear. You were three feet off the ground tottering on two wheels. I would have have taken a picture of that but I had already dialed 91_ and was waiting for your right side to drop before I hit the other 1. :eek:

You know, Brock, you could do it right this time and get a Nikon DSLR ;)...the D90 is probably the best 'prosumer' camera out there. Although I admit Canon makes better point and shoots, I'm a big fan of the saturation and IQ that Nikon produces straight out of camera...:cool:

it also helped your BS quotient for this response....remind me...I HATE YOU! LOL

BTW, you coming to Sparks tomorrow...

:lol::lol::lol:

Myrtle Beach is sooooooo far for me! I have NC tax free shopping to do tomorrow. :hhmm:

I guess it's only 2 hours..I guess I'll try. :)
