Sorry for such a dumb question... My 2012 FJ has the little rubber flap covering an aux jack for a USB-type plug, plus a small round jack on the right. My question is... does the small round jack accept the standard old 1/8 inch (3.5 mm?) mini- stereo plug, such as that used with Sony Walkmans, etc. for decades? (If so, then I assume that a cord with 1/8 inch male mini stereo plugs on both ends would allow the input of virtually any audio device.) The reason I ask is because the FJ's jack looks a bit more like that used by an RCA plug.

Yes; at least that's the way my 2007 works. Not sure of all the changes between then and 2012.

Yes, I plug my i-pod into that jack on my 2010.
