FJ-62 wheels

I'm looking to get new wheels for my FJ-62. The Robby Gordon RS1 looks good. They only have 17x8 in the bolt pattern that will fit on my truck. Do you think it will work? Thanks.

When I looked for mine, most 17" wheels have a deep backspacing like 4" or so. I ended up having some custom made. To be sure you can take the cruiser to the shop and have them test fitted for clearance.

Spacers would move the wheels out a bit, possibly creating clearance problems.

Do you NEED 17" wheels?

I have 17" wheels on one of my trucks, and the tire selection is less than what is available for 15" or 16" wheels.

What possible motovation could you have to do this?

I'd rather have 15" wheels but the selection is kinda weak. The FJ-60 in the gallery section of the BTB website has 17x8 wheels on it and it looks good. Any other wheel suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
