I hit the rear heater switch on my fj62 and get nothing. I think the fan is totally kaput. It is all one peice? The box and the fan or can I replace the fan seperately?
Knowing will save me time in my ordering of parts.
My guess is unless you saw or smelled smoke when you turned it on you could most like fix it with a quick check of fuses or a dissassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
i had a similar problem in my 60, and while the nice folks at specter told me that the switches never go bad when i was trying to buy one, when i replaced the switch, everything worked fine again. so if you can't come up with any other ideas, it's worth a try..
I have a rear heater from an '88 62 and pobably the relay too if needed. Also have the rear heater lines from the Y at the firewall to just below the heater.
