Wanted FJ 62 (maybe a 60) in Indiana

Looking for a FJ62. I'm located in Southern Indiana (about an hour from Louisville and Indy and 2 hrs from Cincy). Have cash and would prefer it to be a 62 but would also consider a 60 (depends on condition). Minimal to no rust preferred. Not looking for a basket case or a huge project. If it needs tlc or some elbow grease that is fine. I enjoy wrenching, but would rather drive it more than wrench on it. I am also not a body man, so I don't want a rotten FJ. Again, minimal to no rust preferred. Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and parts of Illinois would be fine also. Just haven't found the right one yet.

I have burned up CL everyday and night. eBay searched until I know vehicles by memory and how many times they have tried to sell them. I am not in a rush, but I am willing to pull the trigger asap also. Don't want to buy one just to have one.

I'm in Indiana near Ft. Wayne. I bought this 90FJ62 last year from a guy in North Carolina and it has been my daily driver and I love it. No rust.....and like you I looked for a long time. I'm getting a new alternator installed today and I've had thoughts of getting a new pick up since we just purchased some land and some significant building projects could be in our future. I might entertain selling the FJ62. A few things:
Very well maintained by good mechanic / 230K miles/ I have replaced the following items -Air flow meter / Throttle position sensor / temp sensor / plugs and rotor cap / cold start sensor / die hard platinum battery / oil sending untit/ small area of rust (smaller than a quarter) beneath rear bumper professionally repaired/ EGR / fuel pressure regulator/ alternator and I'm surely leaving a couple things out. SOUnds like a lot but I knew some things would need replaced on a 200+K vehicle. I drove several in my search with fewer miles and this one runs better than any of those did. I just wanted to touch base with you. Again, I'm not committed to selling but I would like to hear your thoughts.
