Over all about $15,000 in new parts/labor. I'am the 2nd owner of this vehicle and it spent most of it's time in dry Arizona.

A few problems such as might need a new head liner (we can talk about this if you want me to find a quote for it). Has some minor dings and scratches.

Have receipts for work done. All major work such as engine rebuild and 5 speed tranny was put in by a shop that only works on landcruisers.

If people are interested I can upload some pictures and maybe a video or two.

What do you think a fare selling price for my cruiser would be? If anybody is interested let me know. dj_werd@hotmail.com

I will upload a lot of pictures and a few movies of it this weekend. I am really busy this week until late Saturday.
The FJ-60 is in perfect running condition, no rust, the heads and pistons are made to give the engine more power during the rebuild. I forgot to post but it has new brakes as well. Depending on what you want to do with it you could give it a spring over and get a few more inches of lift.

The interior is in OK condition, the head liner is worn, a few tares, the outside has some scratches but no major dents. I will upload some high resolution pics and videos this weekend. I have never used it in mud only on light dirt trails. Just passed smog a few months ago.

Warmest Regards,

I will give specs for the rebuild if ppl want them.

additional info

I am selling this FJ-60 for my father. I asked him some additional information and here is what he wrote.

father said:
The rebuild and work was done thru Mudracks in Sonoma. If some one called him I am sure he could provide details and back up the rebuild claims. The rebuild included domed pistons and the head milled down a few thousands of an inch to provide for higher compression. The reason for this is that if someone wants extra acceleration they can advance the timing and run premium and feel quite a difference in acceleration. The torque remains about the same.

The Transmission was changed due to all of the work already being done, and the 5 speed allows for hi-way speeds all day without any strain. The 4 speed didnt like speeds above 65mph. The 5 speed also has a lower granny gear.

Hopes this helps out:)

81,000 miles and an engine rebuild... sounds shaddy... swap out the gage cluster with a wrecked truck?

I fully understand that my grammmmmerrrrr and sppeeeeling is atrocious. It always has been and always will be.

To be honest I know very little about cars/trucks. Spend all my time in the lab(cancer research). Thought I would find a forum to post some information about it and will take pics as soon as I get a digital camera.
