That’s not even a 45, cab made from a 40, and wrong bed.

Just curious, how can you tell that from the scant pictures shown ?

That transfer case is a gm np205, with a center output, meaning it likely has a centered diff, it’s a mutt for sure.

At first glance, I was thinking of passengers drop axles and saw that transfer. Looked just like a Rover PTO cover plate. Thinking back, I realized it was on the wrong side of the truck.
