1. I have sand blasted the frame and it looks good and solid. How do you paint the inside of the frame where it is boxed in? There are a lot of holes cut in these sections from the factory but it still looks like it will be very tough to get the nooks and crannies. Do you just spray the parts you can and slosh it in the parts you can't with a brush/swab?

I used an undercoating gun from Eastwood. Had a nozzel that sprayed in all directions with a long tube.
Undercoating Gun and 2 Hoses & Bottle
stuck tube in frame rails, hit trigger, pulled backwards. Wasn't really all that worried about what it looked like in there as long as it was covered.
I have seen others use hangers taped to brushes etc. Seemed like a lot of work compared to spraying it.
