My own probation period on my replaced 3B is up and I need to fix the little things. Its beginning to get to the point when at idle for 15 minutes the oil pressure is down to 4 psi, I do have winter oil in it though still. When it revs up to 1k rpm is fine and the pressure comes up to 15...still low but above the limit in the FSM.
From what I understand the main bearings are the target when talking low oil pressure? It needs a head gasket also....are there pressure lines through the head?
The pump checked out fine when I put the timing gearcase on.
