first aid kit spot

was lookin for a place to put my first aid kit the other day, somewhere quick and accessible, its a military one the small plastic ones, it fits perfectly into the stock console top, the only problem is it falls off when you open the center console up, 3 strips of velcro later, problem solved, just throwin it out there for anyone interested

i mounted mine on the angle of the firewall in passenger footwell. no one really puts their feet there anyway.

i put mine behind the side where the jack is in the rear of the cab. easy enough to get to and doesn't take up any inside room.

Right now, I have fannypack with just a stethoscope, cpr barrier, emt field guide, latex gloves tucked under the driver's seat.

But I want to take that stuff out and put it in my BIG first aid kit, which fills a medium-sized toolbox. Kinda like this sucker:

No idea where I'm going to put that. It'll probably go in the footlocker that's in the cargo area, with everything else.

I keep my small kit under the passenger or driver seat, whichever I am closest to at the time.

When you register to attend an event and they say you have to have a first aid kit... what "level" kit are they referring? I assume its not just bandaids and neosporin??

one step up from that...one of the cheapy $10 walmart kit will pass.

Mine fits perfectly under the passenger seat. That is a very underrated spot for storage in my opinion.

I've had something like this for years and it hangs by a carabiner from the headrest or t-case shifter of any rig I'm in. I make sure its got practical stuff like, wake-ups, firestarter, sunblock, energy bars etc. too so its not just a bag of triangular bandages.
