Here are the pictures from Sunday 11/9. Since the Box Canyon thing had lost interest, we decided to go Bloody Basin to Mayer, Mayer to Walker. Peak elevation reached 7300 FT. There were prescribed burn going on, then the snow fall - it was WONDERFUL! Picture #1 -taken @ 1:30pm, the last pictures was taken about 8:00pm. I understand everyone had things to do, but you guys missed a GREAT time! Perhaps next time!! ENJOY!

More pictures!

I thought we might have to turn around. Especially with the fire, but we lucked out and made it all the way without any issues!

As you can tell, the kids got some seat time too! They love to drive - and being on Senators Highway - I think we saw MAYBE 5 cars the entire time!

So - without further ado - the best snow pictures!

Nice. Cute family. :D I'd probably have joined you but I was out with another group around Crown King Friday and Saturday at DeSoto Mine. Right across the Senator Highway from the burn. No drama from the weather, it was fairly cold Friday night but nothing threatening. That area's looking good right now.

My buddy let his 12 year old son drive almost the entire back road to CK. Slow, but what an experience for him. My 3 year old couldn't reach the pedals. :D

Awesome! Looks like a good time with the family. Thanks for sharing. My kids (now 8 and 12) love to drive the 80 too.

Personally, I think that we should get a clinic together to teach the young ones about off roading and how to drive a car. That would be cool having them cruising around on laps and learning the ins and outs of responsible driving!
