I started this project roughly a year ago on my 1983 FJ60. I planned on putting a tbi 350 with a sm465 and a np241 as my drive train. 14 bolt rear with the gov lock and a lockright in the Dana 44hd up front. I finally switched jobs and now im working at a bar which gives me all day to work in the shop. I have the axles mounted, the engine just went into place tonight. I need to add a couple inches to the Chevy crossmember to get everything to line up. My only hold up is what do I not need in the engine compartment? I ordered a Howell tbi wiring harness and would just like some advice on what others have done in terms of wiring, plumbing, what sensors to keep and what to get rid of ect..... any advice would be great!
