Finally got some AT tires and a front bumper, I'm happy with it

Cooper Discoverer RTX tires, and the tube bumper from BIOR. Mike did great work. I managed to install this right as Hermine was hitting us, it was nice to have the winch to help with cleaning up downed trees (I still have a few to go).

The solenoid box was zip-tied in place temporarily, I just needed it to work for awhile to get those logs moved so we could leave our house.

Next I think I'll crank the bars a bit to even it out.

Fixed that for ya.;)

I'd like to, but the wife and kids use them. And we don't have anything around here that could possibly damage them. It's Florida, the obstacles include sand, water, and mud.

It was $750, plus $150 for powder coat. It weighs about 85 lbs., it was real easy to install (I've never done one before).

Is that a badlands 12k? How do you like it? What's your experience with it so far?

Im researching integrating one behind the stock bumper. HB also makes a universal winch mount.

Just need to take measurements.

Yes it's the badlands 12k, HF was having a good labor day sale. I've only used this one to yank some trees around after Hermine. But before this I had a the 9k version on a hitch receiver mount on my '88 full size Bronco.

I had it mounted on the rear when I used it, pulled myself out of mud holes maybe 8 times in the 2 years I had it. Never had a problem. Even used it completely submerged in mud and water. It also was used to pull heavy things onto a trailer, including the Bronco. It went with the Bronco when I sold it.

I don't try to break it though. I use a snatch block whenever possible, and do cooldown breaks on long pulls.
