Definitely a steal! I've been looking close to a year here in SoCal as well and everything similar I've been seeing is at least $7k-10k over what you paid. The wife is really getting pissed at me for not getting her hooked up yet. I better not let her see this thread.

I've got a friend who'll sell me his '06 LX 470 w/24k miles for $40k but its white and I don't like the monochromatic white look of the LX's.

I was searching for a year also, there was actually a similar 06 LC I found a week before i bought this one. It was at a Mercedes Benz dealership in Oakland and the only difference was it was Dark Grey, it sold for 29,500!! someone picked it up for I could get there. Just keep looking, you'll find a good deal eventually.
