Ive been looking for one for a while now and found one that I got a good deal on and wasnt completly rotted away.
75 LandCruiser FJ40
Chevy 350
Toyota 4 speed and case
4 wheel drum and no power steering:'(
It has a great running 350 that was said to be rebuilt when put in.
It has a brand new soft top.
Its got a title.
The bad:
The rockers are shot
The tub supports are gone pretty much all gone. Might end up making a 1/8" tub since its hard to find a decent one around here.
The frame is mint except for in front of the rear leaf spring. Got a new frame to fix that.
4 wheel brakes and no power steering. Picked up mini knuckles and probably Saginaw steering.
One of the rear leaf spring eyelets broke. Have another set torn apart for paint.
The weird:
The taillights have been shaved off and are now in a custom rear bumper.
There is an ATV winch on the front, like it would pull it out.
Had the ugliest mirrors on it which are now going to the scrap pile.
A nice bumper sticker that says, "Unless your a hemorrhoid stay off my ass"
