It's been a while....and have had a few rigs since then.....but as I remember it was a grounding problem......a wiseman once told me....and I believe it was here on this forum......." on a diesel...there is no such thing as to many grounding points"
Ground the body to the frame....the engine to the frame the frame to the frame.....your butt to the seat..the seat to the frame

Interesting... I've had this happening for years. Never worried too much since a little raise in engine RPM always takes care of it. In that time I've done a frame swap and an engine rebuild and cleaned the grounds when reattaching everything, with no change... Also reflowed the solder in the charge lamp regulator and replaced the voltage regulator. Maybe it's time for a new ground wire entirely.

I'm thinking it is either the voltage regulator or a dirty alternator. All three of those warning lights (fuel, air, battery) connect to the voltage regulator. But it sounds like you replaced it Freewheel without any luck. Which makes me think just a dusty and dirty alternator is what is causing this. More to follow if cleaning it helps.

Hi, @steven835259
Did you ever find the problem of what happened to yours? I am having the same issue with three lights coming on: Filter, Air Filter and Battery light all coming on.
If anyone could help me on how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers Regan

My Hj61 motor in a fj62 has blinking lights sporadically and randomly when the ignition is switched on with motor off
