I've updated the first post in the reservation thread with the pertinent information. I will open reservations soon, I promise.
Just posting the info here to allow people to ask questions or express concerns before reservations open up, and so as not to muck up the other thread.
DETAILS:
This property has moderate to extreme trails, there are class VI roads in the area.
This campground is CARRY IN and CARRY OUT, each club should make their own arrangements prior to their visits for recycling and trash removal.
There will be trail cuts occurring to improve the trails on this property, please look for them in the NH Land Team section.
The bathhouse is only open from Mid-May through Late October.
2013 CAMPING RATES
Electric Sites: $20 pp/pn
Non-Electric Grove Sites: $15 pp/pn
Field Sites: $10 pp/pn
The per person/per night rates are for Adults age 16 and over. Kids younger than 16 are free.
A $200 deposit will be required to hold a clubs reservation for a particular weekend. Details to follow.
BLACK OUT DATES for 2013
June 8 & 9
July 6 & 7
July 23 - 28
Aug 2 - 4
Aug 16 -18 NE4Wi
Sept 4 - 10 Fall Crawl
Sept 14 - 22 Pow Wow
10/12 to 10/14 Fall Gathering
Please note that some of these Black-Out dates are tentative and may be opened back up at a later date.
- We will be allowing 2 clubs per weekend to start. If estimated numbers look low, we'll add more.
- If anybody is interested in reserving the entire campground, please contact Liza at lizasnow@verizon.net.
- We will need firm camping numbers at least one week ahead of time!
- From time to time, if a weekend's numbers look low, we will open the extra spots to small groups or individuals (that are members of an NEA club).
