Any tips on cleaning the fiberglass top on a 70 Series? I am basically looking for a cleaning process that will remove the grime without removing the color.

hot water and dishsoap and hardplastic brush is the safest way dont know for more heavy chemicals

This is going to be hard. I bet the paint on the FG is sun damaged.This would cause the paint to lose its smooth shiny surface allowing the grime to seep into the paint
Even if you get it ou ,it will come back again.

I would rub it back and repaint it for a long term fix

Unfortunately I suspect you are right.
