Club Meeting is this Thursday, Feb. 13th at around 7:00.

Pappa's BBQ on Northwest Highway in Dallas.

For anyone new coming out to the meeting: The Land Cruiser guys meet at the East end of the restaurant, the Taco/FJC guys are on the other end.

We have a little bit of business to take care offer Round Up.

See y'all there.

I'm actually driving a Cruiser this time.

Hello,
Want to introduce, or reintroduce myself, I have had a 1973 40 since 1999. I actually met some guys way back at this location in 2000. I am assuming its the same club have you been meeting at Pappa's BBQ that long?
I restored my 40 back in 2000 and took it to Lake Whitney where its been there ever since.
I brought it back in November and going through it and getting it back to a presentable condition.
These things are work horses, I have a Chevy 350 in mine.
Thanks,
Tim

Welcome. We are the same group and a few folks from the old days are still around. We hope you make the meeting. We are at the east end. The FJ Cruiser and Tacoma guys meet at the other end.

little plate swapping and maybe a trip to a meeting without requiring a tow dolly, a strap or other assistance.

Golden Child.webp

I am also planning to attend. My first meeting since last summer. See you there.

Good meeting tonight. It was good to see that many 40's out in February.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Clayton, I had the mustard 77 FJ40. Old school set up, 2f/4spd/marlin crawler/4.10's and ARB's. It was great to meet everyone and I'm looking forward to getting to learn something about the FJ40.

That was a good turn out of 40's last night. Did anyone get any pictures? Tom's 43 is super sweet.

Clayton, I love your rig. It's olive brown though. :D Mustard is like the one Perry (40's rock) has above.

I'm still learning about the FJ40. So any and all advice is welcome.
