I'm getting a Viair 480C shoehorned in my FJ62 and thought I'd check with the experts here on what type of air hose most of you prefer. Brand, polyurethane?, length, etc... I also have the homeade dohickie that airs up/airs down two tires at once with a pressure guage attached.

Thanks for the ideas.

How cold of temps do you plan to travel in? Polyurethane can't handle much below 15F. I've had problems with polyurethane hoses bursting at 10F and below. It could hold the pressure until I flexed it then it burst. Personally I'd go with rubber air hose. If you are routing lines around the chassis then I'd go with air-brake line.

We might see the teens with temperatures from time to time. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
