Fan Bracket Replacement - Gasket needed?

Hi guys

I'm going to let replace the timing belt and serpentine belt incl. a lot of other things too.

I am wondering if the Fan Bracket #1630750012 requires a gasket as well or is it being screwed directly without one? I cannot find anything so far at Partsouq.

May you guys help me please.
