Maybe not be much "mud", but definitely a few small water crossings, and anything from pasture type road to some pretty tough trails. Pretty much has just about anything you want to do. Greenhorn is a trail that goes down a small creek and has a pretty easy water fall to climb up, with about 3-4 ft. deep pool of water just as you climb up it. Hog alley is pretty cool, if you stop in the stream bead and walk away from the fence a couple of hundred feet (maybe to the west), there are some dinosaur tracks in the stream bed the kids will probably think is cool.
