Sorry bout that guys had to make a stop and lost sight of the group. Couldn't get anyone on the CB or by phone called Rodney at performance to see if he could reach anyone. Sorry again for holding up re group :(. Still trying to find ya out there.

That sucks so much, Will! I saw you pull off for gas, and then you were back in the pack, and then we get to the trail head, and NO WILL! Had i known where we were and where we were going, woulda met ya at the road.

Other than that, Saturday was awesome! Thanks to Gary for putting this on, and leading the group, and as always: some solid spotting. Some awesome sections on some of those trails! Great to meet some new friends. The morning was beautiful, some rain mid afternoon, good eats at Long Trail, and one more trail late afternoon with some torrential rain to finish. Wish i hadn't forgotten my camera....

Great fun wheeling with you all Saturday, both Daniela and I had a blast.

Thank you very much Gary for both leading and letting Daniela play in your forty. She loved it! Was her first time in a forty, thus we may yet have to bring a BJ40 back from Tico-stan....

Hope to see you all at the FG in a few weeks.

Will: sorry we lost you, hoping we'd catch you at LTB, but our "lunch" was more like dinner.

Travis: we were talking Ascutney hill climb and you mention you had never see it. here is a video, next event is next weekend: Sept 15&16th.

Cheers!

Ascutney hill climb is right around the corner from my house, never been, i have been told it's not spectator-friendly, but that could be bad info.

Best way to spectate is to volunteer to work a turn. Sit in chair near a turn with 2-way radio. And if a car stops or crashes you red flag the next car heading up the hill. There is a guy who runs an S series blazer w/ a built 350 in it...sick...

Hey guys I made the best of it had a nice lunch and did. some sight seeing and stopped at a fair in town. I pulled off for gas and the joined back up but had to stop again cause I forgot o tighten a bolt on my lower link and didn't want I lose it. I should have turned my cb on before I stopped. Oh well live and learn glad you had fun and see ya out there at FG

Looks like a great time was had. Thanks for putting it together for the club Gary. Look forward to getting back out on the trail with you.

It was a good day. One of the highlights was when Finley and I saw a big black bear. We covered a lot of ground, some good scenery with some interesting sections of trail. Glad you brought the kids Keirnan. they are the future of our sport. Let see they are 8 and 12, better start looking for a couple of 40's.

So awesome. I had a great time riding along with Josh and watching all the different trucks navigate the trails. Gary is a wheeling Godfather and had some great stories from 'back in the day' at 'lunch'. This club has great members. Cannot wait for FALL GATHERING!
