Guys,

Since the little birdie says we will be legit come early Fall and my birthday is coming up:grinpimp: Rosa and I want to host a PAR-TAY at the cribb in Columbus. Lots has changed at the house (new shop built, lots of landscaping, etc...been crackin the whip) and it's time to do some celebrating.

When: September 16th (Saturday) 12:00 Noon till Dark

Where: Mark and Rosa's in Columbus

What: Crawdad Boil with all the fixins

What to Bring? You, your wife, GF, YOUR CRUISER and any potential club prospect. Let's use this as Mixer and a chance to meet new members, so if you know anyone that isn't apart of the TLCA, has a Toyota 4x4 and think they would be a good asset to the club..bring them. Everything else will be provided. We are working on some live music also and plenty of

So, hope to see you there!

Mark

I can bring my drums...;)

Sounds good Mark. It's on my calendar.

I hope to make it barring any issues with the new job I just got....

So, how old will you be....?:flipoff2:

39... OUCH! This is a friends of a friend party so too speak and lots of our local friends will be there and family. It would be KICK ASS to see a bunch of built Toyotas and their owners there. We can park on my front lawn if necessary...Hell Ya'...even filing for a permit from the city.

I don't think I'll make this one unless some other plans change......we'll see.

Awesome. Hope you can make it.

I found a company in LA. that will fly live Crawdads up here at 3 bucks per pound and probably gonna do like 40 lbs maybe more. Plan is to boil them with ears of corn in a big ol' cooker..throw them on a table covered in newspaper and let everyone eat.

Did find a one man Solo act that does the bar circuit to play for 4 hours up on the deck. Getting a Kegg also...

Yum..is it lunch yet?

TTT

30 Lbs of Crawdads will be on their way to Columbus from LA..LIVE!

We are also doing Shrimp (Cajun stylee) Corn, and burgers for the kids.

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME!

Live music is secured. We are having a "Pick Around" with 2 guitar players and a Banjo in attendance...anyone have a musical instrument (that you can actually play) and want to join in on the jam session..bring it.

It will OFFICIALLY start at 3 PM with the grub being served around 6 pm.

And there will be a KEG on tap.

Can't wait.

TTT....

Next weekend is the big day. We are doing a small amount of Craw Daddies and doing a bunch of slow cooked pork for pulled Sammiches

Think it will appeal more to peoples pallets. Kids welcome of course, and we have a small contingency that will be pitching tents in the backyard and camping to save from driving.

Got the fire pit goin also for a rip roar at dark.

Next year, this will be a full fledged Hog Roast.

Picking up the Keg tomorrow afternoon.

We are just about set...party starts at 3 ish...

Getting some firewood for the rip roar at dark. Will have a big screen on the deck for the games and one in the shop.

Cant' wait to throw down...

Karl,

You bet bro..it was fun hanging out with you again over some :beers: we haven't done that since Tellico...only thing missing from the night was a story about Miller/Viagra & The Mexican Hookers..

Although Terries story about the duck living in his backyard made up for some..

Same time next year.

We had a blast

Mark
