I want a camera to mount to my motorcycle's fairing (and dash when in the Tacoma) to record for fun and liability purposes. I also want to be able to use it on my bumper to stream and record what my hood obscures when off road.

I was initially thinking of going with the GoPro Hero4 Silver, but there are a few other options out there.

Here's what I want it to do:

Mount anywhere
Produce good quality video
Have good battery life
Loop recording
Waterproof and durable
Record while streaming to a handheld device via wifi or Bluetooth
Plug in to charge while recording (optional but would be a nice feature)

What do you guys think is the best option, currently?

I have a 60 ish bucks black box from Amazon .. definitely not water proof and I keep it connected 100% time on my 80 .. but recording to a 32GB micro SD loop recording, I got average records of a week before loosing the old ones .. it would depend on the recording setting sure thing. Loving the wide angle and did I mention was dirt cheap ?

I also have a Sony TX20 that do the recordings for my off road trips ..that one it is water proof and have good quality ( for my standards anyhow )

I'm sick of go pros .. I mean they are good cameras, kinda overpriced and kinda bulky if you put the monitor on the back ( which to me it's selling point ), not to mention battery life sucks ..
