fade to black

So as far as I know this was not a standard option on the 80's

but there are more than one here in town w/ the uber rare burgandy to black fade. The first one I saw I about gagged. Same color w/ some blingin gold rims But now a second one of the same color in a week??

This one was in rough shape, w/ primer in places and no bumpers front or rear. But had to snap a quick (and crappy) pic to see if anyone else has seen this combo. There is a silver and burgandy 3fe in greensboro i see occasionally (powderpigs color) but this one was new to me.

Crazy coffee stop. This 80, mine and a white one w/ arb and skis up top, as well as a armored disco all in a 8 space parking lot.

Here in charlotte there is one that is silver up top and burgandy below. I dont have any reason to believe its not factory as the family has had it since i was in high school. I saw the same configuration on a pic on mud recently..

Id start with bumpers but yeah, why not more bling. Then maybe a mid-eastern sombrero hood ornament.

Ive seen a couple of the silver over burgandies and noticed they have all been FJ's instead of FZJ's.
