factory lhd 2H/12HT 70 series?

12HT probably should have come in a 7* . At one stage I had a HJ61 with a poor body, and I always regret not putting the engine into my FJ73 instead of the 1HZ

That would explain why the FSM includes the H41 in the manual transmission section.
Regarding transmissions, did Heavy Duty 70 Series use the G52? A few weeks ago I stumbled upon a 3F/G52 combo.
