Hello guys

I need a help
I have a Toyota FJ80 1997, with oem diff lock
is there any trick to lock my rear or front diff without putting the low gear?

Yes, you need to fit a CDL switch. Locking the CDL will allow the axle lockers to be engaged. In a 1997 the cdl is locked in low range, but a switch allows it to be locked on command.

You will need to get a Center Differential Lock switch (and may want to do a Pin7 mod), see here for a summary what this allows you to do: Lockers in high range?

Already i have the switch and i changed the low range ration to 3.18 from marlin crawler, also it is rear wheel drive.
Ut what im asking is the front differential lock and rear differential lock without engaged the cdl switch

Last week transfer box had been upgraded.

You need to supply more detailed information. What exactly was the "upgrade" to transfer case beyond changing the gear ratios? Was it originally a fulltime unit that you converted to part time? In a stock fulltime case locking the CDL sends a signal to the front/rear locker ECU to enable the lockers. That signal is sent via a sensor on the transfer has shifted into Low or a CDL dash switch is used. In a part time conversion the CDL is used to switch between 2WD and 4WD so if you want the rear locker to be enabled in 2WD then you would need to supply the signal to the locker ECU in some other fashion.

whats the logic for doing that? its
Antonio Karam wants to control the engagement of the lockers, himself. Not have the built-in Toyota locker ECU deciding when they can be engaged. To do what he wants to do, will require bypassing the locker ECU. I don't have OEM lockers, myself, otherwise I would have figured this out. This is exactly why I was never excited to have the OEM lockers. I chose to go with Harrop E-lockers and won't have this problem. It's not a big problem, just a matter of choice.

I understood what he wants
i just didn't understand way he wants something thats against mechanics and physics

The correct order, tackling off road obstacles for the mechanical health of your rig is:
Totally open
CDL lock
CDL lock+R dif
CDL lock+R dif + F dif

in this order
Locking R dif + F dif only with CDL off doesn't make any sense and can lead to losing traction in all 4 wheels

Please read the link that I provided above. There is a link to LC Phil's Pin15 mod that should allow you to lock the axles w/o the CDL. You will also want the Pin7 mod I think.
