Does any body know where I can get a metal frame fabricated in the back of my 40 to be able to install two forward facing seat?
I actually want to replace the front buckets as well but want to find a shop or person that can do the work before I buy the seats I want. I would love to do this myself but with my new job I just dont have the time and want to get this done ASAP so I can enjoy the 40 for the next 2 months before I put it away for a long while.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry i dont have a local recommendation but there is a mud member whos name escapes me but maybe S4 will chime in that is making pre-fabbed seat brackets (front only) for the 40s that look nice. All prebent pieces w/ male and female ends to insert and weld up. Maybe he'd entertain whipping up a back seat but it would probably depend on which seat you chose.

Sounds like Darin does work on some local cruisers, dont know if he could help you out here.
