I just fabbed this up for my dad's 95 T100 5VZ-FE, 4wd, 104xxx miles. Its TIG welded, mandrel bent 2.25" aluminized mild steel (my dad didn't want to spring for stainless - shame).

I got them from Midas, I think they are for some sort of chevrolet.

Not all the stores carry them. I just drove around to a bunch of exhaust shops in the area and asked for 2 flanges and a gasket for 2.25" exhaust pipe. NAPA can order them if you want to wait.

I like the hangers! Have a hard time getting the T100 into the garage??

It was very tight getting into the garage. Hangers are the most important thing for an exhaust's longevity... when these break, its only a short time until one of the exhaust pipes break due to no support, that's why the last one broke (1st replacement exhaust). It's hard to shake it back and forth :D

Thanks for the info, I have got to build an exhaust for my daughters 99 4runner thanks to someone stealing the catalytic converter twice in six months .

Do you have emissions testing or inspection? There's plenty of room for a 2nd muffler to quiet things down, in case its too loud if you left the cat out. Are people really getting money for converters?

As far as the sound goes, you really can't tell its off. We have no inspections here. According to the police my cat was considered a foreign heavy and they bring $100 to $120 each. I was also told that Toyota cats have more precious metal in them than most. I plan on building a guard around the next one.
