What kind of camper are you? Coleman white gas lantern? Primus stove? Springbar tent? Flannel shirts and high top hiking boots? Cast iron frying pan and enameled cups and plates? You get the drift.

It just so happens we have the event for a camper like you. The Relic Run is a vehicle-assisted overland expedition organized as a throwback to the older days of motorized backcountry travel. Participants in the Relic Run are required to operate in the spirit of 4x4 exploration in the 1970’s. Only 1970’s and older vehicles, only 1970’s and older camping gear, and only 1970’s and older route finding.

Your old Coleman style sticker is great. Can I buy one even though I can't make this year's trip?

Would a vehicle designed in the 70s be acceptable? That's too far to drive my FJ40 (too far for me, not the FJ40)

After the run we will see if we have any stickers left over, but those going get first choice if they want extras. We usually have some left over though, just ask over at Expedition Utah at the end of August and see what we've got left.

All vehicles must be registered as December 1979 or earlier models. Sorry.

I think I saw you guys!!!! Coming down from Lyman lake on the 25th??? I was in my friends red corolla headed fly fishing south fork of blacks fork. I was drooling seeing a bunch of 40s and some iron pigs!!!!
