Recently bought this truck recently after month and month of searching for that "perfect match " I saw this one, drove it and fell in love with it. This is something I've always wanted and have been saving up for it for a while... The ultimate do it all get away mobile for my weekend/family adventures! However, as with lots of things in life havens had a different plan I guess.. Today I found out that I will be loosing my daily driver/commute company car with a new job position change and this is just not the right set up for a daily driver as you would imagine. It drives beyond wonderful but at 15-16 mpg not the best choice for commuting and I can't buy another vehicle to keep this one ;/
Purchased new Optima yellow top battery August 2018
Brand new BFG KM3 33" tires (awesome tire btw) $1350 less than 700 miles on them.
Working on having the Cabin filter, air filter, oil filter, Mobile 1 full synthetic oil change, new philips racer series bulbs in headlights etc installed/serviced in the next several days.
Truck is smogged. Two sets of keys and clean tittle in my name.
Currently truck sits at 171K miles. I am planing on keep on using it for any camping trips while I still have it and can enjoy it.
Prior owner is a former Lexus/Toyota manager and truck was meticulously maintained. Major service with all OEM Toyota gaskets, belts, fluids, water pump serviced 30K ago. It has 0 leaks, 0 seepage, 0 noises, 0 overheating etc. Basically it runs like a Toyota lol.
New spark plus, Brake fluid, cooling system, power steering, transmission, axle fluids flushed, new brakes 5K ago.
