Haha...my 140lbs ass was on that strap in that picture. I dont think I was helping much.....but hey I tried.. I can't wait to run that trail in Velveeta Wag this go around.

I hope you SUT that 80. It would look soooooooooo Bad-A.

Front is done! Tomorrow I'm going to try to get the top hoops to the rear done then I"ll start bracing it up good and get going on my tire carrier. :bounce2:

If anyone is curious what burnt body paint looks like unfortunately I found out the hard way near one of my welds. Some of these welds are extremely hard to get to. I ended up making 2 layers of protection material between the body and the welds and that worked great. I also ended up taking off the sides and welding them up good as much as I could then finishing them up on the truck. So far it's been a great learning experience

Shawn, just curious if you could remove the bars from the bull bar in case you needed to remove the bumper for some reason, like servicing the winch?

I have access to the solenoid box without taking off the front bumper. Over the years I have found that it is far more common that a solenoid or 2 will go before the entire winch. If one of these years I needed to replace the winch them I'll simply make a few cuts and the front bumper is free to come off. I'm not making this exo removable. Just for protection mainly.
